Laguna Beach, California — Chef-owner, Lionel Killens, and staff catered an amazing 3-course custom menu for the Racomura Wedding at Seven Degrees art gallery and space. Guests were delighted to Korean short rib lettuce wraps with kimchi slaw and quail egg, and cold gaspacho soup alongside a jalapeno vinaigrette shrimp/tomato/cucumber salad, among others.
